We all feel it one day in our lives. The hangover has kicked in or you’ve just read last nights sent messages. That bitch broke up with you yesterday or some guy came knocking on your door at 5am asking if you wanted the light bulb changing in your room…..at 5am……why on earth would I need it changing when its pitch black and why is this guy even AWAKE!!

But now,  I have found a cure. On the morning of the light bulb technician incident, I found my Ipod, my headphones and slipped on my ‘Daily Mail’ playlist. I was surprised to be immediatly uplifted by a few songs, cleverly chosen one after another. They helped me, next time lets hope they do the same for you….
